Last Day of funeral for Grandma Seline Adipo

Burial in process.
At her grave.

Dear friends and family,

This past month has been difficult for us. We lost our only grandmother, Seline Adipo Tawo, on 15 November 2025. With limited resources, we began collecting funds to help cover the mortuary fees, transport, and coffin expenses. Your support carried us through when we had no other way to push forward.

Yesterday, after a demanding two weeks, we finally laid her to rest. She is now at peace.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who prayed for us and stood with us during this long and painful period. May God bless you for your kindness and comfort.

Sunday Gifting of Orphans With Shoes and Clothes

Orphans wearing their new shoes.

Sunday school children are happy with  new clothes.

Bought shoes ready for the orphans
Clothes ready for gfting orphans

This past Sunday reminded us how powerful simple acts of love can be. We gathered to bless the orphans in our care with shoes and clothes. Two weeks ago, the first group received their shoes, and this week we continued with the next group. Watching the children compare their new pairs, smile, and walk proudly was a moment worth remembering.

Many of these children travel long distances every day, often without proper footwear. The new shoes will make their journeys easier and safer. The clothes brought the same joy. Some children hugged their gifts, grateful that someone thought of them.

The day was more than a distribution exercise. It was a chance to affirm the worth of every child and to remind them that God has not forgotten them. Before sharing the gifts, we read from James 1:27, which teaches us that true religion includes caring for orphans and widows. The verse set the tone for the day and guided our hearts.

I thank everyone who prayed, donated, and supported this work. Your kindness continues to bring hope where it is needed most. May we keep showing love in both small and big ways, not only on special days, but throughout the year.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF BEREAVEMENT

Past photo.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Grandma, who went to be with the Lord this evening after a long period of illness. Her journey on this earth was marked by strength, kindness, and a quiet faith that touched many lives. Although it is deeply painful to lose the only grandmother we had, we are grateful for the years God allowed us to share with her.

As a family, we choose not only to mourn her absence but also to celebrate her life, her love, and the legacy she leaves behind. She ran her race well, and we thank God for giving her rest.

We kindly ask for your prayers, encouragement, and support as we begin to plan her final send-off. Details regarding the funeral arrangements will be shared in due time.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.

November Sanitary pads gifts 2025

Supporting Our Young Girls With Love and Dignity

Today, we were privileged to once again support our young girls with sanitary pads for this new month. This initiative, which began two years ago, has continued by the grace of God and through the generous hearts of our well-wishers and sponsors.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has stood with us—your kindness has brought hope, dignity, and confidence to these precious girls. Many of them are currently sitting for their KCSE exams, and your support has lifted their spirits and reminded them that they are not alone.

Your contributions go beyond providing sanitary pads; you are helping shape a generation of confident, empowered young women who can focus on their education without shame or distraction.

Thank you for being part of this beautiful journey. May God richly bless each one of you for the love you continue to show.
