Bringing Hope and Dignity to Bonface Through a Simple Act of Kindness

.Today, I was privileged to be a blessing to Bonface. Having experienced difficult moments in life and understanding what it means to go hungry, I have learned to empathize with those who are struggling.

Bonface currently lives alone and has no one to support him. A few days ago, he approached me asking for help, but at that time I was not in a position to assist him. I thank God that today He made it possible for me to do something that brought a smile to his face.

I was able to provide him with some basic necessities, including sugar, soap, milk, tissue paper, tea leaves, and bread. Though these may seem like simple items, they meant a lot to him. He was deeply grateful, thanked God, and expressed his sincere appreciation for the support.

As believers, we are called to care for the elderly, the vulnerable, and those in need. The Bible reminds us:

“Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone.” — Psalm 71:9

May we continue to be instruments of God’s love by extending a helping hand whenever we can.
