Sweaters for Kids during cold season

We again thank God for the blessing that have enabled us to gift the children those pullovers to help them get warm. Many don’t have them and this is why we saw the need. They have been coming to church without wearing any.I am happy to see a smile on the many faces. We also realized the number was big and promised to gift the remaining next time.

Happy Sunday to you all and may God continue to bless you .

Warm jumpers for needy children during this cold season

Some sweaters, jumpers and jackets for the children

The cold season is here again. The mornings are misty, the evenings are long, and the nights feel even colder than usual. As adults, we can layer up, find a sweater, or pull an extra blanket over ourselves. But for many children, especially those from struggling families, that option is not always there.

In our children’s ministry at church, I have seen this reality with my own eyes. Some of the little ones come to church shivering. A few have only one light sweater. Others do not even have proper bedding at home to keep them warm at night. It is painful to think that while the cold passes for some of us as a normal season, for others it becomes a time of discomfort and even sickness.

This week, I was able to buy 20 warm clothing pieces to be shared with the needy children in our ministry. It may not seem like much, but to a child who has been sleeping without enough covering, it means comfort. It means warmth. It means someone cares.

When we hand out these clothes, we are not just giving fabric. We are giving love in action. We are reminding these children that they are seen and valued. We are showing them the heart of Christ in a simple, practical way.

Many families are going through hard times. Some parents struggle to provide even food, let alone warm clothes or good blankets. During this cold season, the need is real. If you are able to help in any way, whether through clothes, bedding, or prayers, you can make a difference in a child’s life.

Let us not ignore the cold around us. Let us respond with warm hearts. Even a small act of kindness can bring great comfort to a child who needs it most.

Blessing Disabled widows with food.

Blessing widows with food.

This Sunday after Church service, we continued the work of blessing our widows.
What may look like a small gift to some people means so much to them. To these dear mothers, it is not just food. It is a reminder that God has not forgotten them. It is a sign of love, care, and hope.
Their joy was clear. They were deeply grateful, and their smiles said more than words ever could. Moments like these remind us why this work matters.
Many families are struggling with hunger right now. Times are hard, and even a simple food package can make a real difference. When we give, we are not just meeting a physical need. We are sharing God’s love in a practical way.
Thank you to everyone who continues to stand with us in supporting widows and vulnerable families. Every act of kindness counts.
