Installed another window at Church.

Every day we find something new to thank our Good Lord Jesus for.We have had alot of challenges that made us to hold for sometimes the church renovation.

Am glad we made it again, managed to install another window to our church. We committed to finish all the windows this year. And i trust that we will ,as we only have 3 remaining.Even though the cost of materials have doubled and its not easy as before.

God bless as we still hold on to Faith.

Widow door repair need

Sturridge mothers door cant close..

This is the mother of children i support with lunch programme and fees. She told me that she was about to relocate because her door is broken and cannot close at night

Since we live in an area where thuggery and wild animals are a threat,i fear that she may be attacked and her family may also get harmed. As the children sleep on the floor, snakes and other creeping animals may pose danger to the orphans.

I know that if she moves to a rented house it may not be easy for her to pay rent as she is jobless and survives on gifts and help for food.

Please pray that i get a way of repairimg her door and enforce it with still frames so that termites doesnt it the frame again.

God bless you.

School fees request for Merryline&other students.

Merryline carrying gifted maize in a sack.

Meryline is currently at home for lack of fees..Last month i sorted out her balances as they are required to pay on a monthly basis. She is in Grade 7 at Bar olengo Junior secondary school.Am currently down financially and plead for help to support her. There are others(Wesley,Faith,Milverton,Rodrick,) like her who are also home. And since exams are starting this month ,the schools would like to have all students clear all balances to help them.

God bless you always and thanks for prayers.

October 2023 Prayers

Last month was a very difficult one for us.We lost our Mother Cathrine and a Sister Collete. And in Africa Funerals are so expensive as we had to cater for many things.

We thank God who enabled us to finish the processes from the beginning until the burial .With your prayers and support we made it.May God bless all who shared our grief.

Lots of love to you and your family from us here.

I would also like to wish you the best in this new month.I pray that it will be free of illnesses and deaths.May our Lord open ways for you wherever you are.May He grant you peace of mind and healing for those who are sick.

We know that its the last month before students sit for their national exams..already they are sent home. Please pray that no child misses exams too.

“I want to remember your face so that when i get to heaven i will be able to recognise you and thank you again.”

“I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognise you and thank you once again.”

When Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola in a telephone interview, was asked by the radio presenter, “Sir what can you remember made you a happiest man in life?”

Femi said:
“I have gone through four stages of happiness in life and finally I understood the meaning of true happiness.”

The first stage was to accumulate wealth and means. But at this stage I did not get the happiness I wanted.

Then came the second stage of collecting valuables and items. But I realised that the effect of this thing is also temporary and the lustre of valuable things does not last long.

Then came the third stage of getting big projects. That was when I was holding 95% of diesel supply in Nigeria and Africa. I was also the largest vessel owner in Africa and Asia. But even here I did not get the happiness I had imagined.

The fourth stage was the time a friend of mine asked me to buy wheelchair for some disabled children. Just about 200 kids.

At the friend’s request, I immediately bought the wheelchairs.

But the friend insisted that I go with him and hand over the wheelchairs to the children. I got ready and went with him.

There I gave these wheel chairs to these children with my own hands. I saw the strange glow of happiness on the faces of these children. I saw them all sitting on the wheelchairs, moving around and having fun.

It was as if they had arrived at a picnic spot where they are sharing a jackpot winning.

I felt REAL joy inside me. When I decided to leave one of the kids grabbed my legs. I tried to free my legs gently but the child stared at my face and held my legs tightly.

I bent down and asked the child: Do you need something else?

The answer this child gave me not only made me happy but also changed my attitude to life completely. This child said:
“I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognise you and thank you once again.”

What would you be remembered for after you leave that office or place?

Will anyone desire to see your face again where it all matters?

This is a must read piece. It got me thinking. I am sending it to all my friends. I pray it does same to everyone.

Try to touch lives , God bless you.
