Today, the nation pauses to remember the 16 young girls who tragically lost their lives in the Utumishi Academy school fire.

A requiem mass will be held at Gilgil Stadium as families, friends, leaders, and Kenyans from all walks of life gather to pay their final respects. Fifteen hearses lined up at Naivasha Funeral Home this morning to transport the bodies before they are released to their families for burial.
